Standardpackage A

  • Stand with 1 tabletop, 2 high chairs, power and internetconnection. Please note that it is possible to bring your own promotion materials. Tailor made options regarding the size of the stand are available on request.
  • Catering  for 2 persons (coffee, tea and lunch)
  • Listing of company name in list of exhibitors and logo on the official fair website
  • Listing of company name in the fair edition (September) of M!CE Travel! Magazine
  • 1/1 page advertorial in the trade fair manual (A5 leaflet) prior to the M!CE & Business Travel Fair

Standardpackage B

  • All of standardpackage A, added with:
  • Short presentation company profile on the fair website
  • Organize a workshop or presentation (approx. 15 minutes) for a group of max. 25 pers.

Total investment package B:          € 2.800,- excl. VAT

 

Standardpackage C

  • Standardpackage A, added with:
  • 1/1 full colour pagina in M!CE Travel!
  • Video presentation on www.micetravel.tv
  • Handling of invitations for your business relations (on behalf of your company we invite your business relations to visit the M!CE & Business Travel Fair without extra charge).

Total investment package C:          € 5.650,- excl. VAT

 

 

Combinations of the different options of package A, B, C can be made.
