For this fifth edition of the M!CE & Business Travel Fair, a special atmospheric convention site has been selected: Media Plaza, Jaarbeurs Utrecht.

Media Plaza - with the breathtaking Polar - is the latest addition to Jaarbeurs Utrecht. This innovative site adds atmosphere and environment to the emotions that are essential to a safe and inspiring atmosphere for renewal to come. You will receive a warm and relaxing setting with round shapes. During the meeting transforms the space into a fresh, bright atmosphere with clean lines, new insights are stimulated.

How to get there and parking
Media Plaza/Jaarbeurs Utrecht is centrally located for public transport and easily reached by car. For routedirections to Media Plaza and Jaarbeurs Utrecht click here. 

Jaarbeurs Utrecht has 6,500 parking places from car parks P1 to P6. Plenty of room therefore. Depending on the hall or congress or conference centre you are visiting, you can decide which one is most convenient. Click here for the map of the car parks with walking routes and minutes.

Parking costs € 3 per hour, up to a maximum of € 12 for the entire day. When you drive into the Jaarbeurs car park you receive a car park ticket and upon departure you can pay with that car park ticket at one of the ticket machines at the Jaarbeurs venue.
